DonutSMP casino FAQ
Everything people ask about DonutBeam, the Donut SMP gambling site: deposits, withdrawals, games, limits, rewards and fairness.
What is DonutBeam?
DonutBeam is an independent DonutSMP casino: a Donut SMP gambling site where you bet the in-game money you earn on the Donut SMP Minecraft server. Every bet, win and payout is DonutSMP money, never real money.
Is DonutBeam the official DonutSMP casino?
No. DonutBeam is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to DonutSMP, its subsidiaries or its partners in any way.
Do I need an account or a password?
No password and no email. Type your DonutSMP username and confirm it is yours with a tiny in-game payment that the bot sends straight back.
How do I deposit DonutSMP money?
Open the wallet, choose an amount, then pay exactly that amount in game with /pay to the account the wallet shows, within 10 minutes. The money appears on your balance as soon as the payment arrives. A /pay without a deposit request is sent back, not credited.
How do I withdraw my DonutSMP money?
Ask for a withdrawal in the wallet while you are online on Donut SMP. The bot pays you in game with /pay, usually within a minute. A deposit has to be wagered once before it can be withdrawn.
Are there deposit or withdrawal fees?
No. The house edge in the games is the only cut we take.
Which games can I play?
16 games: Roulette, Mines, Crash, Plinko, Dice, Blackjack, Towers, Pickaxe Dig, Cases, Slots, Scratch Cards, Coinflip, Keno, Hi-Lo, Chicken Road, Wheel.
What are the minimum and maximum bets?
From $100K to $250M per round, on every game.
Is the casino rigged? How does provably fair work?
No. Every result is drawn on the server from a secret seed locked in before your bet, your client seed and a counter. Your browser only sends your choices, never a result, so nothing can change after you bet. You can check any round on the provably fair page.
Can I play for free or win bonuses?
Yes: climb ranks by playing, open the daily, weekly and monthly cases, earn rakeback and use promo codes. See the rewards page. A shared pot also rains on every player in it every 30 minutes.
Can I invite friends?
Yes. The refer-a-friend page gives you a bounty for each friend and a cut of their deposits.
Is my balance real money?
No. Your balance is in-game Donut SMP money and has no cash value outside the server.
How do I set limits or take a break?
The staying in control page lets you set limits, take breaks or exclude yourself. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
Where can I get help?
Join the Discord server and open a ticket: staff answer there.
